1. One-Time Services
For one-time security services (audits, penetration testing, assessments), full refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before work commences. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
2. Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services (monitoring, firewall management) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions receive prorated refund for unused months if cancelled within 30 days.
3. Implementation Projects
For multi-week implementation projects, refunds are processed as follows: 100% if cancelled before project kickoff, 75% if cancelled within first 25% of project timeline, 50% if cancelled within first 50%, no refund after 50% completion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
License fees for third-party security tools are non-refundable. Custom development work is non-refundable once specifications are approved and development begins. Emergency incident response services are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request. We will process approved refunds within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes are subject to resolution under Spanish law in Barcelona courts.
